The AGM will take place at the beginning of the evening session at 19:45 and will last about 15 minutes. If you wish to become a committee member, please submit your name to the secretary 21 days prior to the date of the AGM, ie byn 15th October. If you wish an item to be included on the Agenda and for this meeting and  it should be pertaining to the constitution of the club, you must submit this 15 days before the the dat of the AGM. Other items are handled at the regular committee meetings.

Theme Night: Fire

Well, anything to do with fire: flames, burning, embers, flammability, fire engines, firemen, incendiaries.

And there will be a fire quiz!
